Key Responsibilities

•Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance work orders to repair electrical and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment using schematics and electrical diagrams; handle alarms, faults, and control system issues.
•Install and maintain advanced manufacturing and automation equipment such as CNC machines, robotic welding systems, cranes, hoists, and other industrial automation devices.
•Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on motors, pumps, power distribution systems, and other critical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
•Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and keep technical manuals up to date using computerized maintenance management systems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or journeyman electrician license is preferred.

•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs.
•Working knowledge of NEC and industrial safety standards.
•Strong documentation skills and ability to use digital maintenance platforms; excellent communication with team members.
