Job Summary

Manage the full accounts payable process for a service company focused on improving air quality. You will process and verify supplier invoices, prepare timely payment runs (including electronic transfers), reconcile supplier statements, and maintain accurate digital and physical transaction records. You’ll support month-end closing and reporting, handle supplier invoice and payment-status enquiries, and ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and verify a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorisation.
•Prepare and execute timely payment runs via electronic transfers and other payment methods.
•Reconcile supplier statements regularly and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
•Maintain organised and accurate digital and physical records of accounts payable transactions.
•Support month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports, serving as the primary point of contact for supplier invoice and payment status enquiries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55 - 65 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance-focused role.
•Solid understanding of core accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
•Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong MS Excel skills.
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial management.
•Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines, plus excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
