Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and Learning & Talent to design and deliver coaching initiatives aligned to Emirates SOPs and business needs.
  • •Ensure new joiners receive practical, tailored onboarding experiences that reinforce compliance and operational requirements.
  • •Guide new joiners through their learning journey, embedding business objectives, safety standards, and productivity benchmarks.
  • •Track new joiners’ development and adherence to standards, providing regular feedback and adjusting coaching strategies to optimize performance.
  • •Standardise and continuously improve on-job coaching materials, resources, and cross-functional coaching initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • •4+ years of experience in Airport Operations, SkyCargo, or the airline industry.

  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills to champion standards across multiple business functions.
  • •Exceptional organisational abilities to manage high onboarding volumes while maintaining procedural compliance.
