  • •Translate OpEx strategy into actionable project plans by partnering with the OpEx Team Lead and site operational leaders.
  • •Analyze data deeply and champion digital/low-code innovations to build scalable operational tools on the floor.
  • •Mentor OpEx Engineers and shift leaders, standardize work practices, and support network-wide deployment of successful initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a technical discipline.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Process Optimization, or High-Volume Fulfillment.
  • •Proven track record leading end-to-end, medium-to-large process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Green Belt certification (or equivalent practical capability) with deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
  • •Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets) with hands-on familiarity with WMS/WCS environments.
