Key Responsibilities

•Perform teller functions efficiently, effectively, and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing negotiable instruments.
•Process transfers between accounts, sell traveler’s checks/official checks/money orders, and process credit card cash advances.
•Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and maintain a no-more-than-one-proof-error standard within 30 days.
•Provide excellent customer service by representing the bank professionally, promptly resolving client requests and inquiries, and maintaining privacy of customer information.
•Follow teller procedures consistently, adhere to compliance requirements, complete required reports/records, and cross-sell bank products and services.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling required; previous Teller experience preferred.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•Good communication skills, professional appearance, and attitude.
•Ability to operate computer applications and business equipment (e.g., adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone).
