Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage and discover customer needs on branch entry, primarily meeting and greeting customers.
  • •Acquire new-to-bank customers and deliver service excellence through consistently excellent customer experience.
  • •Promote and deliver multi-channel engagement, assisting customers to use digital/self-service channels where appropriate.
  • •Support lower-risk product sales up to and including account opening, and use EDRAS to discover complex needs for referral.
  • •Protect the bank by maintaining vigilance against fraud, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimizing operational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of banking industry experience.
  • •Deliver at pace with a hands-on approach and be result oriented and dynamic.

  • •Complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
