  • •Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and supply chain domain expert, understanding planning processes, workflows, constraints, and business objectives.
  • •Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across planning, inventory, production, scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, service levels, and working capital.
  • •Translate supply chain and operational challenges into tractable AI/ML, optimization, and software problems with defined decision variables, constraints, requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams through use case definition, requirements gathering, solution architecture, validation, deployment, user adoption, and scale-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, planning, logistics, procurement, pricing, or operations research (or technically focused consulting).
  • •Deep experience in areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics, or network optimization.
  • •Experience working in complex manufacturing/supply chain environments, including high-tech and semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metals, agriculture, or other global enterprises.
  • •Experience with enterprise supply chain data and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar systems.
