Call Center Senior Associate

Drive revenue through entry-level outbound consultative selling to Canada-based customers. Make high-volume calls, promote telecom products and retention offers, understand customer needs, and handle objections while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure compliance with scripts and quality standards, and deliver a strong customer experience. Work a US–Canada night shift in a 100% office-based role in Gurugram.
