Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on content entry and end-to-end web production across Docusign.com: build, publish, and QA pages in the CMS.
  • •Own continuous optimization by running experimentation (A/B testing) and using AI tools for generative content, personalization, and workflow automation.
  • •Manage CMS migration, website redesign, and digital experience translation/localization operations using localization best practices and tooling.
  • •Lead and prioritize a team of web producers/developers, maintain WebOps documentation, plan cross-functional meetings, and remove blockers to hit timelines/SLAs.
  • •Uphold web governance and growth practices including SEO (on-page optimization, metadata/structured data, internal linking) and accessibility/brand/link/redirect standards while monitoring performance (traffic, engagement, conversion).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of website experience with content entry and web production responsibilities.
  • •Experience leading a team and using project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile).
  • •Hands-on CMS experience, including Contentful, plus ability to diagnose layout issues with HTML/CSS.
  • •Proficiency with website experimentation and optimization (A/B testing/Optimizely) and strong SEO fundamentals.
  • •Work authorization: already authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without future sponsorship.
