Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and logic to develop forecasting models for facility bulk utility usage and/or other fab metrics.
  • •Manage and coordinate various departments and global sites on modelling work to proactively identify improvement opportunities and actionable items.
  • •Analyze data to understand how scenario changes impact metrics, using modelling and engineering concepts.
  • •Communicate impacts, risks, and findings to upper management and downstream stakeholders based on data analysis and logic.
  • •Explore and deliver improvement projects, including leveraging available automation tools and integrating AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Basic understanding of coding/programming.
  • •Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.
  • •Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
  • •Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive actions with stakeholders.
