Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the technical landscape and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements with project members, architects and software engineers
  • •Provide early feedback to product owners on risks in product requirements and design
  • •Ensure non-production environments and test data are available to support testing across feature teams
  • •Liaise with release train teams to manage testing of cross dependencies
  • •Configure test tools to collect metrics for dashboards and enable automated functional testing through CI

Key Requirements

  • •3 years in Information Technology Degree or Honours or equivalent Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • •Experience in quality engineering roles within a digital or ecommerce environment
  • •Experience as a Software Quality Engineering lead or equivalent position looking after multiple products
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with developing UI and API automation frameworks and familiar with languages Java, Python, JS, C, Ruby, Perl
  • •Automation frameworks experience using Selenium components, WebDriver Grid, Protractor, Jasmine, Cucumber, Gherkin, JUnit, TestNG
