Job Summary

Own strategic finance partnerships for marketing and GTM ROI, serving as the go-to partner for the VP of Marketing and partnering with the COO on go-to-market investment. Build and evolve marketing measurement and ROI frameworks (ROAS, attribution, incrementality testing, MMM), drive unit economics insights, and lead annual and long-range marketing planning. Communicate recommendations to senior leaders and build AI-powered workflows and automated reporting for FP&S.

•Own the marketing finance partnership and advise the VP of Marketing on strategy and investment decisions.
•Build frameworks to measure ROAS, channel efficiency, and attribution, advancing toward causal incremental measurement with incrementality testing and MMM.
•Develop and report unit economics insights to drive investment decisions and support external investor relations.
•Lead annual and long-range marketing planning, including targets, stress-testing investment cases, and building the financial narrative.
•Develop AI-powered workflows, automated reporting, and intelligence systems, and present findings to senior executives to influence decisions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 4 years partnering with B2B marketing organizations.

•Deep fluency in marketing measurement (multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, MMM) and knowing when to use each.
•Experience across PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions and building frameworks for both.
•Hands-on use of marketing analytics tools such as HockeyStack, plus Salesforce, BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau), and SQL.
