Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead compensation operations management: conduct analysis and market pricing for ongoing salary changes for non–C-suite employees, ensure data accuracy and proper approvals; respond to compensation inquiries from HR partners, leaders, and employees with guidance aligned to U.S. practices.
  • •Manage sales-incentive administration: validate earnings, support statements, create summary reporting, and assist in loading and assigning incentive plan documents.
  • •Support annual merit and non-executive salary planning processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines, timelines, and governance; administer the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) including calculations and reconciliation.
  • •Supervise Benefits Analyst in enrollment, plan changes, data management, and processing; oversee 401(k) administration and health/welfare vendor management for internal controls and compliance.
  • •Track KPIs/SLAs, maintain SOPs, and coordinate improvements with U.S. stakeholders; provide ad-hoc support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • •7 - 10 years of experience in Compensation operations – with Benefits experience preferred.
  • • Experience managing or leading operational teams strongly preferred.
  • • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes required.
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead transactional HR operations with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, confidentiality, and service delivery.
