Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet clients to gather requirements, understand data structures, and define technical scopes, solution designs, and execution plans.
  • •Design and execute integration workflows between Bayzat and client systems, including data transfer, transformation, and API-based automation.
  • •Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues to ensure smooth deployments.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Expansion on pre-sales, including demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
  • •Own the solution delivery lifecycle through go-live, document processes, and coordinate cross-functional handovers and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Specialist.
  • •Strong foundation in data structures, data modeling, and system integrations.
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs and automation/data transformation tools (preferably n8n, Zapier, or equivalent).
  • •Ability to understand technical complexities and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in AI-driven tools, workflows, or solution design; strong problem-solving and independent execution in fast-paced environments.
