Job Summary

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and integration requirements, then design and deliver tailored end-to-end solutions. You’ll build scalable data transfer, transformation, and integration workflows using APIs and automation tools (e.g., n8n), troubleshoot issues, and support pre-sales with demos and proofs of concept. Working across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales, you’ll own implementations through go-live and feed learnings back to improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet clients to gather requirements, understand data structures, and define technical scopes, solution designs, and execution plans.
•Design and execute integration workflows between Bayzat and client systems, including data transfer, transformation, and API-based automation.
•Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues to ensure smooth deployments.
•Collaborate with Sales and Customer Expansion on pre-sales, including demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
•Own the solution delivery lifecycle through go-live, document processes, and coordinate cross-functional handovers and escalations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Specialist.
•Strong foundation in data structures, data modeling, and system integrations.
•Hands-on experience with APIs and automation/data transformation tools (preferably n8n, Zapier, or equivalent).
•Ability to understand technical complexities and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
•Proficiency in AI-driven tools, workflows, or solution design; strong problem-solving and independent execution in fast-paced environments.
