Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead analytic service delivery by aligning strategic objectives with development of tools, capabilities, and analytic teams.
  • •Prioritize and direct planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and initiatives to translate business goals into actionable solutions.
  • •Provide senior leadership support to develop business and technical partner efforts, translating analytical findings into recommendations and strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics leading organizations, creating strategic plans, and operationalizing teams to meet business needs.
  • •Direct experience with strategic planning, value realization, healthcare cost optimization initiatives, and solution development.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL/querying and experience with table creation/indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
  • •Preferred experience with programmatic coding languages (Python and R) and business intelligence/visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI).
