Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations, configuration, and administration of enterprise IT security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SWG, VPN, DLP, Mail Gateways).
  • •Proactively monitor security infrastructure performance, health, and availability; identify and resolve technical issues/anomalies.
  • •Perform lifecycle maintenance including updates, patches, upgrades, and configuration fine-tuning to keep systems secure.
  • •Collaborate to define, implement, and optimize security tool configurations, policies, and rules to meet security requirements and best practices.
  • •Review security logs and reports to detect patterns/anomalies, and respond to and resolve security incidents; maintain documentation/SOPs and provide training/support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • •4+ years of experience in a cyber security role focused on IT security operations, administration, and maintenance.
  • •Deep understanding of network and system security across Windows and Linux, plus application security.
  • •Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, VPN, SWG, CASB, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
  • •Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
