Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate end-to-end facilities management, maintaining documentation and overseeing general maintenance with vendors and facility personnel. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Own facility budgets, vendor contracts, inspections, emergency response procedures, and facility improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and occupant satisfaction. Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff and support HSE initiatives.
