Key Responsibilities

•Mobilize and govern Retail Banking deliveries end to end, including delivery approach, budget, RAID, dependencies, and scope control through closure.
•Drive execution using HSBC SDLC/BTF/Agile/DevOps practices and standard tooling (e.g., Clarity, Workbench, JIRA/Confluence).
•Maintain control of scope, timeline, resourcing, and financials, producing decision-focused reporting for stakeholders and steering forums.
•Ensure controls and non-functional requirements (NFRs) are defined, delivered, and evidenced; lead operational readiness and enable safe go-live.
•Lead MENAT Retail Banking programmes and regional initiatives, track execution against plans, resolve/escalate risks and dependencies, and define CSFs/KPIs across resilience, performance, control compliance, and benefits realization.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technology project/programme/delivery/technical product management delivering medium-to-high complexity change.
•Strong working knowledge of Agile and/or DevOps and hybrid delivery models, with proficiency in delivery tracking and governance reporting tools.
•Proven ability to run delivery governance (plan, RAID, dependencies, milestones, status reporting) in a controlled environment.
•Understanding of how regulatory obligations and internal controls impact technology delivery, including evidence, approvals, and operational readiness.
•Ability to influence senior IT and non-IT stakeholders and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
