•Foster engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team; drive Agile ceremonies.
•Actively participate in code writing, architecture, and design validation to ensure production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 208,000 - 299,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of total experience in enterprise application development, software engineering, or GTM systems.
•2–3+ years of direct people management experience, leading technical teams.
•Deep, hands-on development and architecture experience within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
•Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, specifically DocuSign or Ironclad.
•Demonstrated experience as a strong AI adopter, with a track record of using AI to improve engineering efficiency.
