Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain export control policies, procedures, governance frameworks, compliance controls, and classification methodologies, including oversight of ECCN determinations.
  • •Provide expert guidance on U.S. EAR, deemed exports, reexports, in-country transfers, technology release controls, sanctions regulations, and global export control frameworks.
  • •Advise engineering, technology, product, customs, logistics, and supply chain teams on trade compliance requirements across the product lifecycle, including technology transfers and cross-border data transfers.
  • •Develop and execute export licensing strategies, manage complex authorization matters, and support commercial opportunities involving export controls and sanctions.
  • •Review sensitive transactions involving military end users/end uses and high-risk jurisdictions; assess risk and recommend compliance strategies to executive leadership.
