Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage rental projects from initial availability request through order creation, equipment locating, and scheduling logistics to and from the customer site.
  • •Use Salesforce to accept, process, and solve cases, maintaining phone and email support for order inquiries.
  • •Coordinate shipments and returns by scheduling loads through Oracle Transportation Management and Emerge to support accurate planning and cost-effective freight.
  • •Review, confirm, and communicate product ship dates with the salesperson and/or sales office, and resolve order discrepancies or disputes.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation for 24-hour customer support as needed and collaborate across departments to support process improvements and Lean initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in similar work, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of similar experience.
  • •Manage rental projects from availability request through order creation, equipment locating, and logistics scheduling.
  • •Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Salesforce, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Emerge, Tableau, and Infor M3.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to focus on order accuracy and billing management.
