Project Manager - Rental Services

Lead rental projects end-to-end, from initial availability requests through order creation, equipment sourcing, and logistics scheduling. Manage customer communications and support via Salesforce, including order inquiries and case resolution. Coordinate shipments and returns using Oracle Transportation Management and Emerge, confirm ship dates with sales, and resolve order discrepancies. Support East Coast coverage during business hours, participate in on-call rotation, and drive continuous improvement through Lean efforts.
