Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end data integrations that sync customer data to and from Scale’s platform.
  • •Work with customer engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, including API endpoint design and input/output schemas.
  • •Design and maintain playbooks, internal tools, documentation, and SDKs for long-term customer success.
  • •Partner with engineers and Operations to resolve technical blockers, debug delivery issues, and own technical escalations from customers.
  • •Own the customer’s technical experience and collaborate with Account Executives and Product Managers on customer feature requests, including engaging with customers at major events.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a customer-facing engineer or in a similar hybrid role.
  • •Hands-on experience working with clients in a pre- or post-sales capacity.
  • •Development experience with Python, JavaScript, or other modern languages.
  • •Strong engineering background, ideally in computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
  • •Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to present credibly to executives and engineers.
