Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business strategy into a Talent Strategy Roadmap, talent priorities, and annual people roadmap execution.
  • •Run C&S talent review processes, identify high-potential and critical talent pools, and design succession planning frameworks and succession bench strength.
  • •Maintain organizational skills inventory, perform skill-gap analysis, and develop capability heatmaps/workforce capability maps to support workforce planning.
  • •Lead culture transformation initiatives and embed leadership behaviors through diagnostics, action planning, and leadership development programs.
  • •Support organization design and restructuring, and deliver people-side change management frameworks including impact assessment and adoption readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •8–12 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HRBP, or Transformation roles.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-wide talent and organization initiatives and supporting large-scale business transformation programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness practices, theories, and models.
  • •Ability to drive solutions for complex business problems, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
