Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation to ensure efficient branch performance.
  • •Manage staff and foster a positive environment while maintaining customer satisfaction and execution of high-quality service levels.
  • •Drive service and aftersales growth, including Beginning of Life, Life-Time, Extended Life services, telematics, and After Market accessories, aligned with Thermo King priorities.
  • •Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the location and track budgets for turnover, margins, overheads, and contribution for the region.
  • •Ensure operational standards and compliance: quotations/margins, procurement via ERP requirements, WIP kept up to date, overhead management/documentation, HSE implementation, and technician training.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business management is an advantage and you have relevant work experience in a similar service-industry role.
  • •Proven ability to manage a team and supervise branch operations effectively.
  • •Hands-on, committed approach to expanding the business and achieving After Market service targets and productivity improvements.
  • •Strong knowledge of compliance expectations, ethical standards, and applicable regulations/corporate governance.
  • •Computer literate, with focus on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and the company ERP system.
