Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze quality workflows on the shop floor and implement actionable dashboards and analytics tools for them.
  • •Build and operate production dashboards, pipelines, and quality metrics inspection analytics for Arsenal 1, collaborating with HQ to port proven work.
  • •Pull production data from ERP/MES/QMS/inventory, build pipelines and ontologies in Foundry and Databricks, and ship analytics products operators depend on.
  • •Investigate inaccurate dashboards and incorrect numbers as the lead investigator, using deep-dive SQL/Python analysis to identify root cause and fix at the source.
  • •Run site intake and priorities via a feedback loop, translate needs into prioritized backlogs, and drive adoption by training operators and tracking usage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 218,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •4+ years as a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer with at least 2 years applied data engineering in manufacturing or hardware product engineering.
  • •Production experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or an equivalent cloud lakehouse; strong SQL for large, multi-source datasets (joins, window functions, performance tuning).
  • •Strong applied experience using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, AIP) with the ability to critically review outputs.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (role subject to ITAR), and based in or willing to relocate to the greater Columbus, OH area to work on-site at Arsenal 1 in Ashville, OH.
