Supervisor 3rd shift

Supervise 3rd-shift production operations with a strong focus on employee safety, product quality, and on-time schedule execution. Lead and develop production team members, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions. Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to hit production goals, monitor quality against specifications, and improve performance using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and OEE. Maintain accurate ERP/SAP production records and coordinate across Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.
