Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide user assistance, troubleshoot issues via Jira, and update documentation (user guides and FAQ knowledge base).
  • •Perform administration tasks and maintain OneTrust and other tools to ensure optimal performance, adoption, and usability improvements.
  • •Monitor performance and usage metrics, gather user feedback, and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • •Plan and manage project stages including schedules, governance, budgets, stakeholder coordination, integrations, and change requests.
  • •Support security needs by assisting security teams with application analyses and ensuring implementation of security recommendations and guidelines, including compliance with the Group security policy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Tech Application Owner.
  • •Managed the operational run of a OneTrust instance focused on cookie consent, DSAR, TPRM, and Privacy Automation.
  • •Ideally managed deployment of the OneTrust user consent module.
  • •Ideally managed operational run for eFront, EQS, Piano, AI governance tools, incident tools, and third-party due diligence tools.
  • •OneTrust certification is mandatory.
