Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contract development and contract management services across the region.
  • •Advise clients on claims and disputes, including dispute avoidance and/or resolution.
  • •Support subject matter experts and contribute to growth of the Contract Services division.
  • •Apply experience of standard forms of contract and relevant processes/procedures (including FIDIC).
  • •Prepare and support major bid proposals and performance forensics (quantum/delay where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management background.
  • •Demonstrable track record providing contract and claims services in the property sector.
  • •Strong contract administration and commercial management experience on major projects.
  • •Experience with FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including claims processes and procedures.
