Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units, including checking turn-in documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Support inspection and condition coding, then coordinate staging and movement of items into designated warehouse or yard areas.
  • •Store and maintain items in compliance with Army regulations, including segregation of serviceable/unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.
  • •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move and stage equipment safely; ensure compliance for hazardous materials and environmental requirements.
  • •Input and update property transactions in GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP; maintain warehouse logs and support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21)
  • •Experience with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS)
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms)
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational/recordkeeping skills
