Resident Engineer

Manage on-site construction activities for transportation improvement projects, coordinating with field teams, clients, and contractors to resolve daily issues and disputes. Review construction processes, engineering layouts, contract documents, and daily inspection reports, and oversee materials testing activities. Plan, review, and assign work to subordinate field or construction office personnel, participate in and may lead construction meetings, and maintain responsible, ethical conduct in line with company policies.
