Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology).
  • •Minimum 7 years of directly relevant experience as a Resident Engineer/Construction Manager or equivalent on transportation improvement projects valued at $10M+.
  • •Ability to read and fully understand contract documents.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, standards, and materials, with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • •Valid, current Nevada Driver’s license and a proven track record upholding workplace safety and company health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
