Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical malfunctions on plant machines, facility systems, and related equipment.
  • •Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and inspect systems/components for hazards and defects.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFD drives, motor control/power distribution equipment, and power and control circuits.
  • •Install and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery components using manuals, schematics, blueprints, and test equipment.
  • •Fabricate and machine as needed (including welding, plumbing, painting, masonry, piping, and carpentry) and support facility Continuous Improvement/LEAN initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma/GED with one year maintenance experience, or a technical school diploma, or an Associate’s degree in electronics or commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • •Experience reading electrical/mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Reno, NV will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to start 1st shift for training (orientation/onboarding for 4–6 months).
