Job Summary

Support the daily operational activities of Institutional Trust and Custody clients by executing electronic funds transfers, processing asset receipt and delivery, and assisting with net settlement, trade, investment, and benefit payment activities. Partner closely with Account Managers and Relationship Managers to improve client satisfaction, contribute to relationship growth, and help identify opportunities to enhance service delivery while proactively flagging operational risk, compliance concerns, and potential fraud indicators.

•Support daily operational activities for Institutional Trust and Custody clients, including electronic funds transfers and asset receipt/delivery.
•Assist with net settlement, trade, and investment activities and provide benefit payment support.
•Perform master trust-related functions and manage document retention requirements.
•Work with Account Managers and Relationship Managers to support client needs, promote satisfaction, and contribute to relationship growth.
•Proactively identify operational risks, compliance concerns, and indicators of fraudulent activity to support accurate processing and strong risk management controls.
