Job Summary

Participate in a structured onboarding program with rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales & operations management to prepare for placement in a Financial Center. Develop consultative selling skills to assess customer financial needs, recommend solutions, and build an integrated book of business strategy. Learn to lead and coach a team, cultivate a “One Bank” culture, and support community activities while following the Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and cultivate a One Bank culture while participating in community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
