Job Summary

Apply behavioral science to understand behavioral challenges and develop strategies for addressing them. Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to research and strategize AI & Analytics solutions, identifying hypotheses and testing prescriptive ideas as prototypes. Lead and collaborate on research efforts from tactical to strategic, moderate customer interviews, synthesize findings into actionable insights and visual frameworks, and communicate them through reports, presentations, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to research and strategize AI & Analytics solutions.
•Identify key descriptive hypotheses and research approaches to understand context and actors’ behavior, and propose prescriptive hypotheses to test as prototypes.
•Work in a multi-disciplinary approach combining behavioral science with data science and engineering.
•Lead and collaborate on planning, execution, and analysis/synthesis across research efforts from quick/tactical to deep/strategic.
•Moderate customer interviews, synthesize findings into actionable insights and visual frameworks, and communicate results in reports, presentations, and workshops.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2+ years of experience applying behavior science.
•Demonstrable portfolio reflecting breadth and depth of Behavioral Architect work.
•Strong writing skills and ability to translate research into behavioral interventions.
•Experience working with data and applying design thinking in applied behavioral science.
•Interest/experience using AI to inform the research process and AI solutions.

Education:Master's in Behavioral science/Cognitive Science/Behavioral Economics/Applied Social Psychology or equivalent
