Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare ultra-thin specimens and perform TEM analysis to support process/product development, qualification, and failure analysis.
  • •Conduct engineering tasks and detailed technical procedures for sample preparation and/or imaging using dual-beam FIB and/or TEM tools.
  • •Support engineering activities including fabrication, failure analysis, technology development, process development, and process integration.
  • •Complete work according to general instructions and priorities, using judgment to resolve non-standard problems.
  • •Maintain necessary records and reports and perform other related duties as directed.
