Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project delivery within CTO Data Technology by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum practices, and translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Owner and delivery teams to prioritize backlogs, manage risks and RAID logs, and drive timely resolution of impediments. Support UAT planning, track sprint/release metrics, and deliver management reporting while ensuring SDLC, governance, and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives.
•Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and improve team maturity and delivery effectiveness.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic priorities; analyze and document business requirements and user journeys.
•Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; prioritize backlog items with the Product Owner and delivery teams.
•Own end-to-end project management activities, including scope, timeline, milestones, resources and budget; maintain RAID logs, manage risks/impediments, and support release readiness and cutover planning.

Key Requirements

•University degree or above.
•Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in technology/digital delivery, with proven experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery roles.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery framework, SDLC, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
•Experience in requirement elicitation, process mapping, story writing, and acceptance criteria definition.
•Experience with Agile and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Power BI, MS Project).
