Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, maintain, and report on contractor safety and compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate compliance requirements to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and Project HSE Management Programme.
  • •Advise project teams on accident prevention and improvements to work methods, and monitor staff compliance with health and safety laws.
  • •Investigate on-site accidents, assess equipment/machinery safety, and create plans to improve workplace health and safety.
  • •Assist with QHSE reporting, audits/inspections, corrective actions coordination, HSE document control, and QHSE KPI monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant HSE experience.
  • •Proficiency in understanding health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure workplace compliance.
  • •Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to minimize incidents.
  • •Experience investigating accidents/incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus a professional NEBOSH degree or Level 6 Diploma in OHS.
