Key Responsibilities

  • •Help deliver Zinc’s events calendar, from major trade shows and exhibitions to sales-led events, third-party events, webinars, and new formats.
  • •Build timelines, schedules, checklists, and run sheets while tracking deadlines to ensure nothing is missed.
  • •Coordinate event logistics including exhibitor portals, travel, stock, swag, attendee communications, and demos.
  • •Work with suppliers and partners such as venues, stand suppliers, caterers, technical teams, and external partners.
  • •Support on event days by setting up, running, and packing down events and solving issues as they arise; keep HubSpot data accurate and help with post-event reporting and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in events, field marketing, or a similar role, ideally supporting delivery of a varied events calendar.
  • •Experience delivering or supporting a trade show or exhibition.

  • •Proactive and able to spot what needs attention without constant direction.
  • •Comfortable working with tools and systems, including HubSpot, with accurate event and attendee data.
