Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic plans across Metiers, ensuring alignment with boutique goals and achievement of financial targets.
  • •Lead daily business operations and client experience as Maison Ambassador, providing floor presence and client relationship building.
  • •Own sales volume and budget goals, including P&L responsibility, bi-annual Podium/Preview buy preparation and attendance, and buying decisions.
  • •Manage Métier development, merchandising, product assortment, and visual standards; plan product placement, floor moves, and pop-up opportunities.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; prepare weekly reporting (sales, sell thrus, on-hand quantities, product needs) and manage inventories/cycle counts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three years of prior store management experience (including flagship Assistant Store Manager experience).

  • •Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint; ability to deliver presentations and handle store-level calculations.
