Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project-level initiatives for cell film process development; execute complex experiments and provide integration support under senior guidance.
  • •Maintain thorough records and prepare comprehensive technical reports; participate in multi-functional problem solving.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes to improve manufacturability and yield.
  • •Contribute to guidelines, SOPs, and knowledge management while staying current on emerging thin film processing and characterization technologies.
  • •Mentor early-career engineers and support process integration/fixing by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within scope, while complying with standards and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with ≥8 years, or Master’s with ≥11 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥13 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Experience in thin film R&D for microelectronic devices with contributions to complex technology development.
  • •Hands-on experience with ALD/CVD thin film processes for microelectronic devices, including recipe setup, process tuning, monitoring, and fixing in an R&D or fab environment.
  • •Proficiency with film and fab metrology tools (e.g., ellipsometry, XRR, SEM/TEM, CD‑SEM, thickness measurement, particle counters) for process monitoring and defect/yield analysis.
  • •Ability to optimize processes using SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis, and support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing with clear cross-functional communication.
