Geotechnical Engineer – Hydropower & Pumped Storage Projects

Lead geotechnical investigations and engineering analyses for hydropower and pumped storage projects, from feasibility through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. You’ll interpret geological and hydrogeological data, design foundations and underground structures (including dams, tunnels, surge/pressure shafts, and reservoirs), and evaluate bearing capacity, settlement, seepage, and slope stability. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, review contractor deliverables, and support excavation and performance monitoring using instrumentation.
