Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone client conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to sales and referrals.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support deposit and lending products (e.g., checking, small business accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including Teller-line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
