Job Summary

Lead delivery of multi-discipline projects in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and energy sectors from Wood's Glasgow office. Oversee Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC/EPCm scopes, ensuring robust control of scope, schedule, cost and risk while aligning with clients. Manage engineering teams, drive RACI clarity, and coordinate with HSSE, QA and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery across assigned projects with robust control of scope, schedule, cost and risk
•Manage the engineering schedule and multi-discipline engineering teams to meet milestones and client expectations
•Ensure Wood’s Quality Management Systems support deliverables and execution methods across engineering disciplines
•Develop and implement engineering strategy and key documents directing project execution and scope
•Travel to UK sites as required for project delivery and site engagement

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC/EPCm experience across pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, life sciences, petrochemical and oil & gas projects
•Engineering Management experience with leadership of multi-discipline teams
•Experience across relevant industries and ability to manage lump sum and reimbursable contracts
•Strong ability to control project scope, schedule, cost and risk and to work within a hybrid/onsite environment
