Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a smart and professional appearance and adhere to dress standards (including name badge).
  • •Keep the locker room clean and tidy at all times.
  • •Ensure toiletries are sufficiently available (including submitting requisitions from Stores) and that soap/shampoo dispensers are full and working properly.
  • •Regularly wash and dry floors and shower cubicles; ensure sink top areas are tidy and neatly presented.
  • •Collect used towels after use, ensure towels are returned from the laundry in time, and switch sauna/steam room equipment on/off appropriately while reporting equipment problems to Engineering Department.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade VIII and above.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Good command of the English language.
  • •Team player able to interact with guests from different countries and cultures.
  • •Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
