Job Summary

Provide a well-presented locker room service for members and guests using the golf and recreation facilities. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the locker room, manage toiletries and ensure dispensers are stocked and working, oversee washing/drying of floors and shower areas, and coordinate towel collection and restocking. Switch on/off sauna and/or steam room equipment and report any issues to the Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a smart and professional appearance and adhere to dress standards (including name badge).
•Keep the locker room clean and tidy at all times.
•Ensure toiletries are sufficiently available (including submitting requisitions from Stores) and that soap/shampoo dispensers are full and working properly.
•Regularly wash and dry floors and shower cubicles; ensure sink top areas are tidy and neatly presented.
•Collect used towels after use, ensure towels are returned from the laundry in time, and switch sauna/steam room equipment on/off appropriately while reporting equipment problems to Engineering Department.

Key Requirements

•Grade VIII and above.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Good command of the English language.
•Team player able to interact with guests from different countries and cultures.
•Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
