Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives aligned to the Owner’s goals.
  • •Support design, engineering, and construction teams across planning, design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
  • •Initiate and manage procurement of design, construction, and consultant services; serve as liaison between client and professionals.
  • •Develop, monitor, and update the master project budget and schedule; analyze budget/schedule impacts on objectives and timelines.
  • •Oversee project closeout documentation; negotiate and resolve change orders, quality issues, and disputes, and handle final invoices and project accounting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction of corporate interior projects.
  • •Furniture installation experience is required.
  • •AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver high-quality programs/projects with strong analytical skills.
