Coating Technician

Serve as an integral part of the operations team, coordinating and delivering coating work safely and to plan while meeting business and customer requirements. You’ll own coating activities, monitor work across functions, and ensure effective controls, compliance, and alignment with training and capacity needs. Support operations with KPI analysis for performance improvements, follow internal/external procedures and legislation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining clear reporting and documentation.
