Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the most probable build commits by balancing demand, manufacturing constraints, and CM capabilities while identifying supply risks.
  • •Monitor and drive execution of weekly factory build plans to ensure delivery matches committed plans and meets OTD targets.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, Inventory Control Planners, and CM partners to ensure plan feasibility and implementation.
  • •Monitor CM capacity, identify gaps, and support mitigation plans to resolve constraints impacting production.
  • •Partner with Inventory Control Planners to balance inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; limit shortages, overstock, and aging; improve planning processes using AI, analytics, and automation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •More than 5 years of experience in factory planning, production planning, or supply chain management in a regional or global manufacturing setting (ideally high-tech).
  • •Strong understanding of factory operations, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution in a CM-based model.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI, advanced analytics, automation, or digital tools to improve efficiency, planning accuracy, or decision-making.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable plans.
