Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business growth and new client strategies, including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values and build a positive community image through civic and community involvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required training.
  • •Manage human capital decisions such as interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
