Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and proficiently operate Press Brake controls.
  • •Troubleshoot machine problems as needed.
  • •ID and tag shop orders with product and retrieve/enter data into the system.
  • •Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts and components.
  • •Brake components based on print specifications; maintain components/supplies and perform 5S & continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year Press Brake or machine operations experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered; must currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX.
  • •Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position (Eaton will not support CPT, OPT, STEM OPT or related statuses).
  • •Computer skills including bending program loading; solid math, analytical, and reasoning skills.
