Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans and schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and coordinated timelines, ensuring functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved.
  • •Conduct regular status meetings for active and pending projects and coach others to develop in-depth expertise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Prior EV charging experience required.
  • •Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience in PMWeb or other web-based project management software preferred.
